At this time I'm in the experimenting stage meaning I'm willing to try out any recipe I can get my hands. I'm not a cook who can easily throw whatever ingredients around and make a tasty concoction. I'm one of those who needs instructions..guidance to be able to cook. I'm going to try this one since it looks delicious.

Oh, thanks so much for posting this recipe for Swiss Steak! I've been trying to come up with something other than Chicken, burgers, stew, chicken, hot dogs, chicken, steak (!), chicken, Barbeque Chicken, and more chicken!
I have made Swiss Steak in the past, but not for ages, and your recipe is different from my old one (which had tomatoes). Can't wait to try it, and can't wait to see the befuddled expressions on family's faces when they see the foreign substance on their plates that is most definitely NOT CHICKEN!!
